Butch Searcy is a long-time defender of the Second Amendment firearm rights. In 2003 he
donated a cased .470 double rifle as a fund raising tool for the NRA's Institute for Legislative
Action.
Carl Killhoffer from Maryland won that rifle.
For 2004, Butch has done it again and donated another rifle.
